These terms govern use of passagebrief.co.uk. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Who we are
The site is operated by Passage Brief. Contact: info@passagebrief.co.uk.
What this site is
Passage Brief publishes general information on UK inbound sea and air routes, ports, and the way those routes affect time, fuel cost and shelves. It is not:
- legal advice
- customs or tax advice
- insurance advice
- a quotation, booking or contract of carriage
- an official government publication
Check current rules on GOV.UK and with your forwarder, customs agent, insurer and advisers. Routes, duties, sanctions and transit times change.
No professional relationship
Reading this site does not create a client or advisory relationship beyond these terms.
Accuracy
We use public sources and we date what we publish. We do not warrant that every figure is complete or current. Ports, carriers and passages can move with little notice.
Your use of the site
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape it in a way that harms the service, or use the content to mislead others about official import rules.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, text and original graphics belong to Passage Brief or our licensors. You may share links and quote short extracts with credit. You may not copy the site as a competing product without written permission.
Third-party links
Links to GOV.UK, ports, carriers or other sites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on this site, including commercial, logistics or customs decisions. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may also use mandatory local rights where they apply.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change when we do.
